So once you are there this is what you do:

 

1.       Up near the top in small blue letters there is a link that says Register hit that.

2.       It will ask that you are 13 or older to agree to the terms of the board.  Make sure that you click that you are 13 years of age or older.

3.       Now you are to the registration area of the board.  This is the meat and potatoes.  Everything with an * beside it must be filled out.  The first thing you are asked for is your username.  I would suggest that you use the first initial followed by last name with no spaces.  Just remember this is a case sensitive site so if you use CSmith then you will need to capitalize the C and S every time or it will not work.

4.       Then it asks for your email address.  Try to use something beside yahoo or hotmail if possible since these have had problems in the past.  Net zero, my vine, AOL, all should have no problem hotmail may.

5.       Now it asks for your password and to reconfirm you password make sure it is something that you can remember and that once again if you use any capitals that you remember that.

6.       Now comes the part that has pissed the most people off, the confirmation code.  Usually all of the letters are capitalized so make sure you use case sensitive letters from left to right in order as you see them.  Take a close look there will usually be numbers in there too.

7.       The next question is you Human?  Click the yes circle.

8.       The rest of it don’t even mess with; leave the settings as they are listed.

9.       Go down to the bottom of the page and hit the submit key.

10.    Now you will have to check your email for a confirmation email that is generated from the board automatically.  The email will have my name on it.  Read that email when it comes.  If you wait and the email does not show up in 5-10 minutes check your spam or junk mail folders it may have been sent there and has happened before.  Once the email gets there read it and it will say that you need to click on a hyperlink that the email has in blue.  Click on it and it should take you back to the website.  At this point you should be able to hit the log in area at the top, put in your username and password and you are in.

11.    Once you are logged in, scroll down to the 11th District Chapters and you will see Speedway Chapter 500.  You can leave feedback and communicate with other posts and stay in touch with what’s happening all over the Indiana American Legion Riders country.
